RANDOM little Freezes

when im playing on perfect world i have little freezes my char is frozen and i can still hear the footsteps then its all fine but it does it very often can some1 gimme sugestionsb:shocked

    dont know why it hapens but i have that hapen now and then i call it lag spike then theres where your still moveing but cant cast spells /skills if you move around some times its catches up and you pop back to where the "lag' stated or you dc you with no mesage and have to force quit game. packet loss mabe
