Erm.....Opinion Please?

I'm REALLY new to photshop and I really like making signatures..they just usually come out rubbish and I have zero belief in myself..
So I was wondering if I could get your opinions on my signature - bearing in mind I am newbie like I said xD

    Check your User CP settings - somewhere in there there's a tiny little box you have to check to make the siggie show up.

    But anyways....I got my siggy - finally

    So yea....opinions, tips, critcism?

    Anything while it still exists?

    EDIT: It is supposed to have an animated glow around my char but apparently PW forums doesn't wanna let that happen >.>

    It actually is very nice looking! I think when it got rid of the animation it left a lot of graininess (do you see what I'm talking about?) on your character. The grain kinda takes away from the overall picture.

    I don't believe your statement about the signature being "rubbish". You just need to save as a .png file and ditch the animation (since pw is a jerk about that). :3 Good job!

    I can see what you mean about the grain - PW hates me b:cry

    I'm going to take your advice and re-edit/save it and eradicte the grain.
    No one like a grain feild on their siggy.

    itz actually cute... but yea the chara iz kinda grainy, not bad tho, not bad
