Achievements List

Hi there,
I know Perfect World wasn't created to resemble every other MMORPG out there, but there is one thing I think would make a good addition to the game. It's called a List of Achievements, and it allows a player to go back and look at how far they've come in the game.
The Achievements list would be sorted into a few basic categories, based on the different types of game play available to PW users. A few different categories I can think of:
Quests Completed: Insert X number of total quests here. The category could be made to be more specific, including rewards obtained from each quest, quest name, and the time in which it was completed.
PvP: This would provide players with a list of all the players they've killed during the course of their game play. It would include the character name, level at which they were killed, race, and any gear or other rewards picked up as a drop.
Monsters Defeated: Insert X amount of total monsters here. This category could be separated by monster name and level, as well as the amount of each individual type killed.
Territory Wars: Each member of a faction would be able to see how many territories their clan has occupied overall, how many times their faction has defeated another faction (faction names would be listed), and how often their clan participates in TW (average number of territory attacks per week over a monthly period.)
If anyone has another category they'd like to add to the achievement list, please feel free.

Personally, I do like the idea of an Achievements List, and while we're at it, what about a title system like JD has one?
Other categories could be:
-Use of World Chat (for the wc spammers out here )
-Being helpful to others (FBs, Bosses killed and such)
-Playtime (the time you actually spent on this game total)
-Earning money (how much money you've made so far)
-...0 -

This would be... the most embarrasing achievement ever...[sigpic][/sigpic]LOVE
Information: It is proven that the majority of the Perfect World International player base suffers from "Motorcylophobia".
-Every single patch to an MMO causes players to cry: "They Changed It, Now It Sucks". Every. Single. Patch. -Taken from TV Tropes.0 -

Not to say that it's not a good idea...but this is TOO much detail. Why do I care how many mobs someone killed?!? And to list every player someone has PK'd? That could take hours to read.0 -

Frankie and I were sitting around a campfire while hiking in the Alps last week and we came up with these:
Anyone, please!!! - Be resurrected by a cleric not in your squad or faction
The Gun Show - Be in a squad with a male blademaster wearing fashion pants but no shirt
Big Hint - Be in a squad with an unmarried female wearing a Wedding Dress
Polite - Send 15000 chat messages without any censored words in a row
Honeymoon - Embrace your spouse in the town of Sanctuary
The Reception - Send a worldchat within 1 minute of a "Just got married!" system announcement
Disrespectful Rat - Do damage to Harpy Wraith and don't die for 1 minute
Beach Party - Be in a squad with 3 other characters wearing bikini tops and all in Valley of the Hidden Orchard
Merciful - Target a single neutral critter for 100 seconds straight
Please note that this is not a dev blog post![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
I like Sihndra's ideas. b:pleased How about:
Emotional - Use 5 Actions within 10 meters of a squad member.
Risk-taker - Stand outside of Safe Zone for one minute blood red without Safety Lock or Dolls.
QQbe - "Die" in the Cube of Fate three times in one day.
Misery Loves Company - Trade Sadness Cards to five different people.
One Tough Cookie - Solo one (mini-)boss that is within five levels of your character while doing 100% of the damage.
Silent Treatment - Ignore a PM sent to you for ten minutes.
These are fun to make up.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I thought about something like this earlier as well. I think it would be a fun idea. I mean, the most damage it could do is people going " YEAH GUYS I'M S0 1337 BECAUSE.... _____" <-- fill in the blank. But that's why we have the all-powerful blacklist and, it's not like people don't say stuff like that already.0

I actually like this little idea about achievements. Another little add-on could be rewards for unlocking achievements, similar to how the XBox and PS3 can work. Not sure of what the prizes could be, but it's still an entertaining thought, nonetheless."Truth be told, love, I only know about five or six spells. Studying is for the birds, I must say. On top of that, I'm also a Magic School dropout. Betcha didn't know that one, did you?"

But yeah, I'll think up of some fun, and witty, achievements, and post them later."Truth be told, love, I only know about five or six spells. Studying is for the birds, I must say. On top of that, I'm also a Magic School dropout. Betcha didn't know that one, did you?"

I like this idea a lot, it gives players something else to work on in game which can dramatically increase how long players play.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
