Should I restart?

So I made a venomacer,and played as I did with most things with a main balence with a slight addition where needed

at lev 18 my attributes without bonuses are:

vit:23 Mag: 35
Str:24 Dex: 23

after doing calculations I noticed that even if I mashed all magic at leving I would still be one-two levels behind for equiping a couple items later in the game due to a low mag stat,

I was just wandering should I:

a) restart while I am still sub 20?
or
b) can I bear with it without too much negative in the future
I am hopeing its A, I admit I am kinda attached to my charecter but I also want to keep playing as her enjoyable :P

    Restart, it doesn't take that long to get to 18 again.

    You've got either way too much str and dex (if wearing arcane armor) or way too much vit (if wearing light.) For arcane, you should add 1 str and 6 mag every two levels, with 3 you can split between vit and mag as you see fit. For light, you add 1 str, 1 dex and 3 mag every level - no flexibility here. (There's also heavy builds, but you shouldn't start out with these, as they're hard and expensive - for heavy/arcane, for instance, you need 12 stat points per level and only get 10, so you need a lot of +stat and -req gear to pull it off.

    now is there a way I can get my char name to my new char even tho there is a 7day delete thing? (i dont rly wanna wait a week -_-)

    I already got plans for an equipment transfer so restar should be quick once I get the restart done
