So i find myself unable to change the colors of my eyebrows and eyeliner. Ive read about others having this problem elsewhere in the forums, but none of the solutions to it have worked for me thus far. When I select eyebrow color, or eyeliner color, and change the color of it on the pallete, the box shows that its changed but i see no change on the character itself. Ive taken all the steps to make sure this is an actual graphical problem, and now im wondering how to fix it, or if i can fix it without upgrading my comp. Ive checked with my video card manufacturer and all drivers are up to date. My dxdiag shows as follows...

I also read that the problem could be with direct3d 8, and as you can see thats not an iddue, it works fine. Anyone have any ideas?

Only certain classes can have their eyebrows altered. Which ones are you trying?
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

I would imagine the problem has to do with your video card being well below the minimum requirements.

I used to have the same problem on my old computer. It was a driver issue, or more specifically, my graphic card wasn't good enough to support the custom color feature on some things like eyebrow color and eyeliner. The driver I had was up to date for the card, it was my card that was the issue because it was 6 years old or so lol. Perhaps older.

It might be that your card doesn't support it.
