Tideborn Face Color/Body Mismatch - We need your video card info!

Hello Perfect Players,

For those of you that have the Tideborn face and body color mismatch issue, please post the following info:

Name, model, and number of your video card.

EXAMPLE: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470


We have been requested to compile a list so the devs can work on it! b:victory

Please note that this glitch affects many ATI and Intel video chipsets. If you have already submitted your info via a ticket reporting it long ago, we already have that info and this post is not for you.

Update: I'm trying to get a complete list for players that have this issue by the end of the day, California Time of 5pm. That way we can send this list to the devs in China as their day begins. I will close this thread this evening.

    I used to use ATI Radeon X1600 Pro. I now use ATI Radeon HD 5770. I've had the same issue with both video cards. And dang this fix is long overdue... hope they get it resolved soon. Oh, and if I happen to be violating rule #10 (advertising), just remove the links I guess... I just figured it may be helpful to view the exact models I use(d). And if it makes any difference, I've been using CrossFire for both video cards I mentioned.
