Attribute Points (1 point = ?)

I've searched and searched to no avail to find out what 1 vit point, 1 mag point, 1 dex point, and 1 str point equal as far as HP, MP, HP/MP regen, physical attack, magic attack, crit rate, etc...
Does this depend on your class?
My reason for wanting to know is that I have a low level weapon with +mag, etc. attributes added and the option to buy a higher level weapon with higher magic attack without added attributes. I want to be able to do the math of what the attributes are doing on my current weapon without having to buy the new weapon to compare it.
Thanks, in advance!

Some of it at least does depend on your class. For example a cleric gets ~10 HP per vit, while a barb gets...~70 I think? I don't know all the numbers offhand though.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I know for archers its about:
1 Vit = +13 hp. 20 points = 1hp/sec regen
1 str = very little phys def increase
1 dex = ~2.5% base physical damage increase
1 magic = 1 loss of irl IQ points. 20 points = 1mp/sec regen
I'm pretty sure assassins follow this pattern as well.
Clerics get 10hp/vit, I think venos and wizards are the same. I'm also pretty sure magic based classes get higher magic regen per magic point, and barbs get better HP regen per vit.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

You forgot the 20 dex per crit I think. I only know that from my sin, I'm not sure if it applies to any classes other than sin and archer.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I knew I forgot something. And ya, I'm pretty sure this applies to every class.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

not quite sure of all stats but for veno 1vit = 12hp
for all classes the 20 dex is 1% crit rate, jus that most other chars besides sin and archer have enough dex to care bout it.lvl101 LA/AA demon veno ftw, 15251 hp buffed, 13508 buffed pdef in human. able to use tt100 fists at 5 aps w/ genie. all from 2 years of work... WASTED

So it seems that the general consensus is that this information has never been given straight out. The tid bits here and there have been personally tested and figured out. Is this correct? Is this done purposely so as to keep attributes from being an exact science? I assumed that, at least, some hardcore (mathematically inclined) players would have crucnhed out the numbers if they weren't provided by the game creators.
Can they be provided? (GM)I'm a mixed up Soldumapraia0 -
my cleric gets 10hp per vit (before i reset that waste of points)
it gets 8 magic attack +14mana per each magic point
dex is 1% crit per 20 dex also, never checked on accuracy but with only 20 dex, beating on something for the last couple HP's shows a lot of misses and that little bit isnt much help reducing misses....(i put 20dex for that extra 1% crit)
i didnt check what phys attack is per strength point..it is what it is for enough str to wear armor or weapons."HEY! snowman! i used to be snow white too....then i drifted..0 -
It has all been worked out to a fairly high degree of accuracy. However, I can't recall where the actual formulae are.
Just use pwcalc.ru/pwi to test various stat distributions.0 -
Thanks for the input everyone!
Brigid, that calculator solved my problem, thank you!I'm a mixed up Soldumapraia0
