login-says unable to connect to sever

i got a new laptop and i download and install the game fine but when i log on it says unable to connect to server, ive tried multiple times and on diffrent servers, ive re-installed game multiple times as well but still says unable to connect i have it updated to patch 299 and all servers online but still wont let let me log on

    u have to disconect from internet write password again and then it works!! :D

    Servers are not actually online. Maintenance is still ongoing.

    20 minutes till servers are back up (at least i think... i'm GMT+2... but i did miss some events because of my "gifted" calculations...)b:pleased
