look your new bloody setup sucks cant sumit ticket cant talk to a gm? where the hell are all the gms?

you did this new setup so you dont have to deal with mad, upset, and irrate people?
i think u should have gm ingame to monter the cheaters, campers and the stupid people in the game im just saying your going lose alot peoples money >.< i know i spent about 2 grand in this game and was going do more but ya know what im not anymore



LEAST BearClaw and IronMan got involed and interacted with the players FFS

    They may not tell you much though. They've all but stopped responding to bug reports and I figure that's the last straw for them. You're more likely to get better attention from the Community GM at the end of a long, rage filled day of forum doomination.

    Wow...that is quite a bit of cash to pour into the game...yikes.

    you can submit a ticket through the "support" link at the top of the page.

    i have to admit, even though slower then used to be, the new system is rather nice. you can now track your ticket and get emails when you add stuff/change stuff or when pwi does.

    and to the others in this thread, i laughed because now-a-days spending 2k throughout the life of your gameplay is not that much, more so if you look at LC b:shocked

    Yep, the system is different; it's been changed so that players with common questions can find their answers in the Knowledgebase (i.e. How do I turn off my Safety Lock?), while players with more complicated issues (i.e. account **** omg) can get more thorough support from actual GM's.

    Unfortunately, the default support page lists "submit a ticket" under the "Request Support" link. If you click that, it redirects you to the knowledge base. I can understand forcing everyone who wishes to submit a ticket to first go through the knowledge base to see if they can solve their problem there. But if you can't find the solution there, you're left hanging at the "search knowledge base" page, without a clue as to how to submit a ticket. Even the knowledge base's entry on tickets doesn't give you a clue how to submit one (and has been voted down for its uselessness).

    Took me about 2 minutes to figure out the new site. b:surrender

    Found it quite usefull to have commonly asked questions in there first.

    As I said, the problem is the main support page advertises a link for "submit a ticket" which leads to the knowledge base, not to submit a ticket. I was naive enough to believe it, and spent the next half hour trying all the various options after that link and reading through the knowledge base trying to figure out how the heck you're supposed to submit a ticket. The link doesn't lead you anywhere near submitting a ticket, and the text stating that it does should be removed from the description.

    If you ignore what the description says, then yeah, I can see how you could find it in 2 minutes. But I think any site design which works better when people ignore what it says is highly dysfunctional.

    It took me 10-15 minutes to figure out how to submit a ticket with the new design.
