Bright lines?

I have bright lines going up my monitor form any dark object in the game such as the normal attack icon on my hot bar of the chat window when i mouse over. i have updated all video drivers to most current and updated direct x to most current version as well as used the HP trouble shooter for my monitor this only happens in the game so i dunno

Can you also post a screenshot of the issue that you are having?Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

changing to 2000 compatibility mode did not help and i had already updated everything i had actually looked at that post before i made this one trying to figure it out umm heres a screenshot

that cut off a lot of the image but you can see the line across the darker part of the cloud0
