which pets are better

I have reticently ran into a problem with my pets. I able to have up to 5 pets in my pet bag.
Right now I have the following:

level 68 volcanic magmite
level 40 glacial walker
level 64 sawfly
level 47 drowned undine
level 60 knowlin (that I just bought)

and in the bank I have a level 43 snow hare egg.

Alright, right now With very few quests and I'm grinding and trying to level my pets up (mainly the walker and the sawfly). My question is: When my glacial walker when its level up to my level will it outstat my magmite?
From what I heard the Walker is suppost to be higher in def.

Second question is:
Are Knowlin really good puller/tanks? From what I heard there suppose to be and plus a lot of high level venos have a knowlin. I want it to replace my snowhare (possibly sell my snowhare). It this a wise decision or should I keep my snow hare around?

    Yes, a glacial walker's stats at the same level of a magmite will be higher- there won't be a huge difference, but any extra def. on a tank is a plus.

    Kowlin's are good pullers because of their speed, but I never thought that they were great tanks. However, that's my opinion; every veno has their own playing style.

    As far as snow hares go, I don't know of any venos that use them as they're out-statted by other pets. But like I said, to each their own.

    About the snow hare, I'd say sell it. I don't get why someone needs more than 1 land pet at all and you already have 3, but I guess its your own business where you want to waste your money and time. I've managed very well so far with only 1.

    I currently have a lvl 44 magmite. I had a veno a while back that I used a Glacial Walker with. There really isn't that big a difference in terms of defense & power, so I don't really see the need for two tanks.


    I also used to have a sawfly but their defense and hp is too low for the type of endless grinding I do so I switched to a foxwing which I grinded to a lvl 43, they have better defense and make for better air tanks imho.


    Undines are weak as heck and I had one so I know. Their pdef is almost non-existent and their mdef isn't all that impressive either. I had a undine princess @ lvl 37 and her defense and power was dramatically lower than my mutant whirler turtle @ lvl 25. Turtles are the best water tanks imo.

    Snow Hare as I heard someone here said they make great lures.You might want to lvl up your bash on your sawfly.I would get a turtle around your lvl and get rid of the undine.

    I keep my Snow Hare in my bag because I play bunny veno so it fits.I have lunar lupin for luring.

    kowlin is a great luring pet.
    but for tanking ---> no. he dies fast, but he is nice for the speed. b:pleased. but you have to choose what you like the most

    I dont like undine take a turtle. I always choose turtle above undine because its better. b:victory

    OK I see. Ill try to sell the snowhare (I dont know how much they go for). As for the Walker I'm going to try to level it up (it will help pass the time since I'm grinding and I have a few quests to do.) As for turtle>undine I'm not sure I feel like leveling another pet, but If no quests arrives and I'm free to grind then maybe, so I'm going to look into that. Thanks

    It doesn't matter what water pet you use at all, because there's only one you will keep and you will get it at 80. Until then, just tame what's around. Everything's better than tanking yourself :p

    There is a reason we can have up to 10 pets, so that we have a toolbox at our disposal. I have 3 land pets myself and each one has it's use. My glacial walker for the obvious tanking, my eldergoth marksman for the luring AND the lovely range tanking trick he can pull off on boss that my glacial cannot do and lastly, my seamonster guardian that I use when I'm my pet isn't tanking for the extra DD and howl that I teached it, as long as the boss as no physical aoe of course.
