Level up a Wave Pacer?

Is it the one from the quest reward? If yes, then you can't upgrade it. You can only upgrade CS mounts and that is done by purchasing wind widgets, another CS item.

Since it's the one from the lvl 30 Aerogear quest, no it can't be upgraded to faster speed.


To even begin to think of upgrading aerogear, you have to make sure it's from the boutique. Then you have to have Wing Widget's (Both Boutique items). You need 50-80 Wing Widgets (depending on how high you want to go) to upgrade the aerogear.

Now onto how: To upgrade aerogear you have to go to thousand stream, and go to the aerogear forge on the right side of it. Click on that to get into the forging menu.
Next you need to drag the aerogear you want into the forge menu, since it won't auto-recongize it like other forges, along with the wing widgets. After you get both of them in there, click the "Start" button. But make sure that it is the speed you want to upgrade too.
