i realy hope pwi reads this post cause it needs to be taken care of asap if not sooner. my main account was banned i have resolved the paypal issue yet they still have yet to unban my account... begining to become extreamly irate... this issue needs to be settled now not 2 days or 4 days or weeks from now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Submit a ticket and they will deal with it. Account bans are not to be discussed on forums b:surrender

    that has ran out as of 2 days ago.... if announcing it on forum and making them mad is the only way to get them to do their job and resolve the problem so sorry but so be it. i dont put my hard earned money into a account of mine to be ignored when attention is needed to be payed and problems resolved.

    Well if you really want attention, why not just drive to their building in California and complain to them in person?

    GM's are a myth. They only exist WITHIN the fantasy game where they can end all fun with a swift motion of their banhammer. IRL they don't actually exist, which is why your ticket will never get resolved.

    Bans are not discussed over the forum. Send 1 ticket to Customer Support and then wait for an answer.

    Please do not SPAM Mods and Admins demanding them to act on your behalf.

    When you send in multiple tickets, you send yourself to the end of the queue. Or, our SPAM filter system might grab some of your tickets too.

    Customer Support handles issues like yours, and the turn around is about 2-5 business days. Please be patient.

    Tech Support (we help you get into the game basically) tries to make it 2-3 days (any days), but for more difficult issues, or when we are coordinating with other departments, like when researching bugs, can sometimes take longer.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
