i want purchase wings

hello, i'm new in the game.
my class is tideborn assassin and i like flying, i'm asked in game for wings, the answers was: "are you lv 30 or higher?" (i'm only lv 24), but i seen in a video online a lv19 assassin who had wings :( help please

    i want to incrase only my dexterity, but there are some equipements which needs strenght too, but streght doesn't incrase my damage, are there some way for get highest level equipement without incrasing strenght?

    Well so far no you need str or you be really weak! And the boutuque is the yellow thing on your mini map.

    Under strenght is write "incrase attack but not dageers" an i am assasin, i can use only daggers...... what is the equipement refining?

    is better upgrade low level armors or purchase highest level equipement?
    can a low level equipement be strong than a high level virgin equipement purchasable in a boutique?

    Everyone needs some strength in order to equip armor and or weapons even magic users. Check your class's forum section for build ideas.

    The boutique is the cash shop. It is where you can spend real life money to buy things for the game. You can buy things like fashion, stuff to increase inventory space, refining materials, and other things.

    To fly in the game you need to be lvl 30 and complete a quest. The only exceptions are: elves get to fly at lvl 1 because they start with wings, however they use mana when flying under lvl 30; and I believe you can buy special flying mounts from the cash shop that enable you to fly at lvl 20.

    It is much better to just get new equipment every few levels until you get to the higher lvls. Below lvl 40 or so you will be going so fast that you won't want to spend money upgrading your armor. Wait till you get to lvl 50 or so before adding gems to armor and wait until you are in your 60's or 70's before refining equipment. That way you won't waste money on stuff that you will only use for a short period of time before you out grow it.

    There is no possible way to make low lvl armor as good us upper lvl armor.

    and the genie? it is important in the game? which bonuses it gives?
