Reason for getting Banned?

Hi, me again
I read players getting banned and i was wondering how one gets banned.
i have 5 characters here (i get board easy) and was wondering if i can swap items/coins between them?
Also what are the reasons for getting banned(i don't want to give the impression that I'm dong anything ban able)?
off topic
i get a system dump then my PC restarts once in a while. i got xp with vista(not by choice) and when I'm in archasaur by the mad player shops is when the system would(but not often) crash/restarts.i got the game set to default but the music is off and the window is set to default then i drag it to fit my screen size.

    You can freely swap coin and most items with your other chars, either through the mail, the account stash (if you buy it) or a trusted friend.

    Reasons for being banned include:
    Botting
    Multi-clienting (running more than one copy of element client on the same machine; you are permitted to run it on more than one computer at the same time.)
    Griefing (including targetting one person who is trying to quest for PK continually, and luring a boss, particularly an AOE boss, to a safe zone.)

    You might want to set to best performance in west Archosaur to minimize computer load/chance of crashing.

    how do i set it to best performance?

    Control-F9 or hit the leftmost button above your HP bar.

    You can, but there's nothing to stop other players from picking them up while you're switching.
