What do I do with perfect token of lucks?

I had and extra gold so I bought some coral. Out of it came 15 perfect token of lucks, but I don't know how to use them or where or what to do with them, please help me!

    You can use them to exchange items at the PW Boutique Agent.
    Theres alot you can exchange them for, so I recomend that you go and have a look.

    The Tokens also usually sell for aprx 13'000

    They usually stand by the Banker in the city's.
    F.eks by the banker in West District in Archo.
