Save the Forums >.<

hi.

These are the forums of a game that's made to make money, the forums are a by-product of this endeavor.

There is no "saving" these particular forums, what is there to save? Sucking up to GMs, "yeah that's really good nice job with this update", and "here is my opinion".

These forums are a place to post important server-related information and to receive help/support when is necessary. There is no other purpose.

Also, forums were "fun back then" because more people played, thus more people frequenting the forums. After a dozen or so pack sales the population isn't quite the same.

Also2, making friends on forums? Either go in game or get off the computer plzty...

Less posts since most of the trolls have found another bridge.

This is my first time on the forums...but a forum event sounds cool maybe ill stick around >.>

There used to be a lot more activity on the forums, but then mods and GMs a while back started consolidating and closing threads like crazy. Now don't get me wrong there needs to be some order and some were called for, but back when Zen prices were high it seemed 1 out of 3 threads was closed and if your thread mentioned anything about the game someone threw it in this massive collaborative sticky thread that died because it had so much random garbage in it. It was well out of hand trying to contain everyone's frustration at Zen prices.

That's when I packed it in. It kind of took the spirit out of me. So now I rarely post much. Sometimes in class specific threads, but not much in general any more. Big Brother took a Louisville to my backbone.

Before, like last year, posting was so fun. As soon as I posted, I knew somebody in a minute or less would reply. It was exciting, and I made a lot of friends along the way.

Now however? It can take sometimes hours before someone posts a reasonably good post. And even then nobody posts after. Seriously, this is depressing. Or otherwise, I get trolled to either quit the game or die. b:sweat

b:sad This is pathetic. Why are we killing our own forums?

To GMs/Moderators, please make some forum related contests or whatever because apparently thats the new PWI trend. We need way more interaction in the forums since less people are posting and more of the posts are becoming flame wars or trolling. Oh and sorry I took over the Off-Topic Discussion >.<... At first I wanted to post in a few threads but then I saw nobody was replying after me. So I took over... Sorry!

And sorry, I didn't mean to post a thread ranting about this. But this is driving me insane that nobody is posting anymore, or at least the people who used to. b:cry

P.S. Need more proof? Look at some other parts of the forums (such as the Harshlands sub-forums) and look at the dates they were last posted in. Its sad, theres like in some places, 1-2 threads posted in the current day and following after are threads from days behind.

It likely means they're playing the game. How can this be a bad thing? Some people just like to whine and be a malcontent about whatever they can. That screenshot shows a single troll person spamming up every single thread there and that extreme is used as an example of how things are? *facepalm* You probably aren't embarrassed for posting this but I am for you.
