12 hours still no Zen

as title says, its been 12 hours still havnt recieved any zen yet i have been charged for it. ticket been sent in was moved to "immediate attension" and nothing was done. Coral packs will be gone soon and they are the reason i bought the zen. so any GMs wanna say if anything is being done about this feel free, all "live chat" does is put me through to a machine that does nothing but repeat itself.

We do apologize for any inconvenience that you are having at this time. There were a few issues this morning at the turn of the day that prevented some transactions from going through on a few of our payment solutions. Payments made through Moneybookers are in the Moneybookers system and we are currently working with them to get the transaction information for those purchases so that ZEN can be delivered. Worst case scenario is that we will have to refund the transactions. If you have sent in an email, you will get a response as soon as we reach your ticket in line. This issue has caused a large influx of emails which is a very good sign of why you have not yet received a response. We hope to have this issue resolved in 24 hours but I cannot guarantee how long this will take. Should you not want to wait for the resolution and simply want a refund, please follow up on the ticket submitted and request that refund.
Again, we do apologize for this unforeseen issue and we ask for your patience while we try to resolve the issue.

We are hopefully getting this resolved very soon (within 24-48 hours depending on the payment solution used) and the Moneybookers purchases should be resolved within the day. humm was told 24 hours over 24 hours ago now your saying within the next 24-48 hours, let me guess tomorro will be within 24hours-1 week then 1 week - 1 month, i dont see how hard it is to just give us the zen, you know we`ve bought it so why not just give it us?0

Please check your PM"s for my message to you in regards to this issue. This issue is not as easy as just handing out the ZEN which is why there is a delay at this time. The option of being refunded is still there for transactions involved in this issue and you can request this at any time.-Your friendly neighborhood Shnuggs-

problem is that it prolly takes logner to refund then to get zen... is there any improvement at the moment? and i mean.. almost done? yeah its been like 3 days now0

aye still waiting here too, when i got a response to my ticket it said 24-48 hrs so should have it by the end of friday at the latest, darn it tho this waiting is ****, need my Swiftshadow flyer now b:sad0

thats what was in my ticket... just ripped it out of forum and send... i dont see the problem, moneybookers can send a list and PW can hand out the zen while they wait for their money... they will get it sooner or later anyway this only makes people wanting a refund... or at leats keep us updated... they still say 24-48 hours... 3 days ago to... and its still 24/48 hours..0 -
i have received my zen thank you very much shnuggles and the rest of PWE staff who took part in getting this sorted, sorry if i was impatiant in the last few days i just have low trust with money but i am glad to see things were sorted.

Everyone that made payments via Moneybookers that were effected by this issue should now have the ZEN in your account. If not, please send us a ticket if you have not already done so. If you have sent a ticket, please only update the one sent, please refrain from sending more for the same issue as that only makes the response time take longer.
We are still working with ClickandBuy for the pending transactions for the same day as the Moneybookers issue. We hope to have that issue resolved by the end of this week.
