Coming of Age Question

I was wondering if anyone would know why I'm not getting the quests. I'm lvl 44 and have gone to the Elder of Raging Tides, but all that shows is the quest for 51. I've tried reboot the game. I am a veno, but I've done all the quest on my cleric, it's for all classes.

    I had the same problem.
    Try talking to the race elder (untamed incase of the veno), that helped for me.

    Tried that too, still didn't work. It did however give me that long quest that deals with Dizzy and the other tieborn in Dreamweaver.

    you have to do the strange monument quest first and follow that and it goes to coming of age eventually
