What do all you end-game archers think?

I got bored and started playing around with gear for my archer alt.

Not too sure if it's any good, since the attack speed is so low, but I liked the crit and phys atk so I saved it.



Anyone have any suggestions, or idea's to improve it? Maybe other gear I could exchange for, or items I might need to add to/subtract from it?

    Basically, it's ****.

    1. **** rings.
    2. **** necklace
    3. **** belt
    4. **** helm
    5. **** shards
    6. **** weapon

    Improvements:
    1. Change rings to Lunars
    2. Change Necklace to TT99 gold
    3. Change Belt to TT99 gold
    4. Change Helm to Warsoul, Aquad Viciousness or similar
    5. Change shards to all citrines or +vitas
    6. Change weapon to Lunar or TT100

    Like this or so. As you can see, it has more damage, much more crit%, much more phys res, a bit more life, much higher attack rate and higher accuracy.

    heheh, I figured as much. *points to avatar* As you can tell my main is a BM, I don't know much towards archers.

    Thanks for the advice on the changes. Anything else you think could help out?

    Chest - TT99 LA Gold or Rank Gear (level 90 one)
    Leggings - TT99 LA Gold
    Boots - TT99 LA Gold or Snowflake Soles
    Wrists - TT99 LA Gold

    Hat - Helm of Lion Spirit, Helm of Aqua Viciousness, or FF Gold Helm.
    Cape - Winged Trophy: Lunar or Cape of Elite Leather

    Necklace - TT99 HA Gold
    Belt - TT99 HA Gold

    neck - 99 heavy gold
    belt - 99 heavy gold
    helm - frost gold robe / warsoul for claw arch
    robe - trophy grade
    tome - love up and down
    bracer - 99 la gold
    ring - rank 8
    ring - lunar phy
    chest - rank 8
    leg - 99 la gold
    shoe - snowflake
    weap - whatever floats your boat (lunar/recast/rank8/tt100)

    alternaterly you can go a full on tt99 la recast for the niv bonus.

    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

    Yes i realise in this example the BM deals much more DPS, but I was on the understanding that archers were the bext physical damage dealers? Is that not the case?

    Well, you have the BM using a higher end weapon and with all skills on while the archer has none. Just changing those things gives much more comparable DPS. The BM in your link would come in at about 25K DPS while the archer would be something like 15K-21K (I'm not sure which of the level 100 bows would be comparable to that particular set of fists). Fixing things like the better tome for the BM and optimizing gear/stats would bring them closer still.

    why are ya posting up gears that you'll probably never get rather than being realistic and posting something you probably might have a chance at getting.
    I don't care how old or young you are, how small your **** is, how much of a nerd irl you are or how depressed you are that you never will get laid. There is no reason to act like an A-hole to everyone on an mmorpg. Its a shame that I have to take time out of my day to tell people "stop being an A-hole". So I end with this, if your acting like an A-hole, and some one tells you your being an A-hole chances are your being an A-hole.
