    Well, since technically this one hasn't been answered yet, I'd say Link, just out of benefit of how much stuff he has. If Legolas did manage to kill Link, he'd just get a fairy to revive him. Plus, all Link really has to do is get close enough to use his sword, and the fight is pretty much over. Stack this on top of bombs, a boomerang, the hookshot, various magic spells, and even invisibility, it's pretty clear that the Hylian would win.
