any chances for cleric to be powerful

honestly i am so weak that i cannot kill evevn lvl 25 monsters alone :( so is there any way i can be powerful pls help me guys i need advice from u all i am too damn depressed b:sad

    This is probably bias talking, but, imo, clerics are one of the most capable classes of the game (I recently boggled a wizard 5 levels over me by taking out a group of 5 mobs he was having trouble with, just to rez him). Stick with it, and read up on different strategies, and you'll figure it out.

    The three main skills you'll need to make sure your cleric is successful are Ironheart Blessing (a heal), Plume shot, and Cyclone. With those three skills alone, you can solo most mobs in the game, and a good number of bosses too. IH stacks and heals over time, so it's the most useful heal to keep yourself and your party alive, and can make you nearly invincible while you plumeshot+cyclone mobs to death.

    Also, level your apothecary skills. Once you hit level 30, you can make focus powders (mp regeneration) out of Salvia Roots and Crane Herbs... these are a cleric must, unless you want to run around with hundreds of mp pots at any one time.

    clerics aren't known to do high damage because in general when you read up about them, they are best known to support and keep their friends alive, but this isn't always true. It depends on how you distribute your points, and your armors and weaponry used according to your damages and defenses.     On my end...

    For the past 70 levels on Pchan, what I do is throw 2-3 ironheart blessings before I fight, because it stack heals, and gives you 15 seconds to fill up your HP bar if being hit at a high damage and it gives me a feeling of security, that I feel assured I am being healed over time while I fight. Secondly, I start with cyclone (unless I have wield thunder, that's always second for me) cyclone slows down the monster, but the debuff isn't always successful, so running is your best friend. Keep cycloning and do some plume shots if you can and repeat the process until the monster dies. This method is known as kiting and it's worked for Pchan ever since I came up with this strategy on my own.

    You will need to stock up on MP food, like mana potions and apothecary food, but clerics are one of the most expensive class to play because sometimes, squads require you to be charmed (not always) but for me, an HP charm is sometimes needed in squad instances such as Frostcovered City, and Twilight Temple.     I recomend that you learn the skill "Plume Shell".
    That will absorbe a certain % of the inncomming physical damage on cost of youre mana.
    Although it consumes mana, its a wery good skill for us "Squishy" ppl to have.

    For example, on lvl 24 you can upgrade it to Lvl4. Then it will do:
    "Convert your energy to instantly form a magical shield which absorbs 62% of incoming
    physical damage. Every point of damage taken consumes 1.7 Mana. Lasts 20 seconds."

    Repeat until the monster is dead.

    Add Plume shell for flavour, if you like, but you should be pretty much invulnerable anyway, until you run out of mana.
