Hyper Exp stones

I got hyper exp stones worked the first time i tried it but after that it hasnt worked and its been over 3 weeks now. Its starting to get irritating because i try to contact a GM ingame but no response i tried submitting tickets got one response after a few weeks and all you told me was to contact a GM ingame but if GMs dont respond what do i do now and is this issue being looked at or are some of us just fuc.ked with hyper exp stones.

    depending on where you are, the exp will not show in the log. you would need to base it off of the % gained (this is most prominent in Frost runs).

    I have the same issue since 2 weeks also.. i everyday contact GM in chatt live and nothing.. and also i submited tickets.. and no respond's, so what we gonna do.. is that bug gonna be fixed soon or better we create new characters...
