Rare mounts?

Did you mean by any chance, the Tidal Serpent? Here is a list of all mounts (or possible mounts because some of the information was taken from Wan Mei, Chinese PW which are more developed than PWI) http://www.ecatomb.net/pwi/mount-r.php

If you meant the tidal serpent, yes, it is a rare occasional mount. They had that mount up for sale a couple weeks ago for 70 gold, and also had it up for valentine couple contest as a reward. Rare mounts such as these can only be obtained when:

1: PWI decides to put them up for sale in the boutique again, or a rare mount event.

2: someone in your server decides to sell the mount, at a very high price, or trade for a rare item they specifically want.
