Stuck in a Bug nead GM help

Hi my Charakter Sonnenfuchs Stuck in a Bug on Server Raging Tide

The Char is trapt in some kind of loop and returns every 1 second back to the Position


I Tryd Town Portal but none of the Skills work. (Even Fox Change dont work)
I also tryd to Restart my PC... dont works

My alt Char can act normal

    I came free after 2 howers, by a guildmember who fly me out... Embrasing works...

    But a nother Char was trapt in there...
    Whatsch out for the area 657 ,276 ! It cann still trap you !

    (The Probmel was thas no Skills work ,,, so also Town Portal cant Help you !)

    Translation:

    I came free after 2 hours. A guild member flew me out, embarrassing, but works.

    However, another character got themselves trapped by the same rubber-band bug.
    Watch out for 657 276! It can trap you!
