I am logging into the game just fine, but when I press m, this is all I get. :(

So if anyone has a solution to fix it I would appreciate it.

(In display mode 1600x900 btw)

I was able to see it all before I put in a brand new top of the line graphics card... a geforce 9600 gt from nvida.

All drivers are installed, etc.

I tried searching for a solution but couldn't find anything, though I could have been using the wrong term, so again if you know how to fix the problem I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
Slivaf

yup silv.. phail pwi again.. been putting up with this forever on my pc (before it started just shutting down when playing pwi lol).. managed to tweak the window a bit so at least i can see raging tide to teleport from one of the main cities.. but i can't teleport down to the bottom island without changing back to a resolution that isnt widescreen

The best thing to do is to NOT use the widescreen checkbox at all. All it seems to do is add black bars.

Run the game in windowed mode, and then click and drag the game window to the resolution you want.

Unfortunately, the game map currently requires that you have the game resolution in a 4:3 ratio (more square shaped) in order to be able to teleport and auto path to your destination.

If you resize it back and forth when you need it, it is a work around.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

Ya, that's what i've had to do, resize to 1280x1024 to get to port to TB city.

I run 1920x1080 and this is what i get:

    Silvaf,

I have the exact same problem. Only can get a full size map if I change my resolution to 768x1024. No other one works now.

The only work around I can see is them allowing us to scroll the map for the teleporter.

It's not a very good work around for those who need to quickly teleport for BH's...can they make this scrollable for the next patch? Does anyone know if they are going to fix it or is it considered non-important?

It has been an existing bug for some time. We keep mentioning it on a weekly basis.

Most people play the game in windowed mode, in a 4:3 ratio because they multitask so much between their programs.

I like the scroll bar idea! b:victory

^^ Thanks for the reply all, at least now I know what i need to do IF I have to teleport/autopath somewhere. :)

Would prefer to not have too, but at least its fairly simple to fix ourselves, at least temporarily. =x

    Scroll ftw!

so do I, I personally hate windowed mode cause I want all the screen-estate (Word now?) that I can get. Thats why I invested in a 24" widescreen and high end video card. Having to resize the screen to tele is HIGHLY annoying and window dragging sucks.21lloqg.jpg I've even tried turning off the "widescreen" setting which changed nothing that I saw.2ypersx.jpg
Can we please get a fix for this LONG existing problem.
