Hyper Stones Bug...

Well i Cant Active my hypers... all my Timer on 00:00 and i didnt used hyper since 2 days ago.. so whats going on..

    So when the Hyper Stone Bug Gonna be Fixed... this problem have been for long.. about for now 2 weeks.. i sent u tickets but u never respond..
    The problem r like thats.. All The Timers on Zero 2 weeks i didnt use any hypers cause that bug.. the times on zero and still nothing.. i press on x12 Session and all the other sessions. and then confirm then nothing.. so GM do u care about ur players.... i dont think so.. ppl telling me they having that issue since month.. well i wanna know when this bug gonna be fixed..

    Well thats mean the Session Time and the Exp Time and the Buffer Time all on 0:0.. and still cannot use hypers, and have the amount of hypers in my inventory.. well i hope a GM gonna read that and fix that soon..

    There is a period of exhaustion after the stones are used up. You can't use more hypers until the exhaustion ends.

    Well GM's this Bug has been almost a month and u never fix that bug with HYPER STONE EXP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... every1 getting lvls to fast.. and only when this x2 event came out so i cant use any Hyper Stone.. and its been 1 month almost.. i everyday contacting Live Chatt and nothing they always say we will reply ur tickets and nothing tickets been 2-3 weeks open and nothing for now so when or what we will do... To DELETE my account and create new one?.. after i wasted tons of Gold getting my 100 stuff.. i cant even make 1 lvl.. all the Hyper Stone Timers on ZERO 0:0 0:0 0:0 .. and i got 130 Hyper Stone in my Inventory.. so i must wait another few inspections till my bug gonna be fixed..

    1.Putting up the same thread 3 times isn't gonna make it better
    2.Spamming tickets into their system will just allow the system to see your tickets as spam and not reacht he Support Team.
    3.Could u at least show some screenshots to make it easier for the people lurking in the forums ro GM to see and help you
    4.and there's other way to lvl other than hyper exp
    5.Quit QQ-ing

    1) no1 ask's u.
    2)dont act like ur an GM or mod..
    3)it doesnt need a pic, All the Times on 0:0.. just logoff 1-2 weeks and then back to play on, wich times u will see.. ofc all on Zero. HYPER EXP 0:0 , Buffer EXP 0:0 , Exhaustion Time 0:0... and when i put on x12 or any other option, i Press Confirm then nothing.. the screen hidden and the Hyper still in my Inventroy.. am trying to contact GM's.. but they dont even reply me.. thats why i made few threads.. sry for that. but i want an Admin or Mod to answer me if they even know or work on that bug, Tnx..

    Please don't post multiple threads on the same topic. Also, please don't submit multiple tickets on the same issue; it will only cause you to be bumped to the bottom of the queue every time you do. Be patient and wait and a GM will respond to your issue in the order it was received.

    In addition, pictures of your problem would prove very helpful in determining what exactly is causing your issue and how it can be fixed.
