what lvl is the best lvl to start to oracle? o is doing oracles the best way to lvl up or is quest better at lower levels??also what drop lvl 25 scrolls?

    Oracling starts at 30, but the mob you have to kill is pretty hard at that level. Not to mention it is very costly.

    its not hard for 30 veno with GW/herc b:victory
