    1) Make sure you transferred your Zen after bought it. Zen doesn't automatically become useful after purchase.

    2) Make sure you transferred it to the Archosaur server.

    3) If you did purchase and/or transfer Zen WHILE your Element Client (The Game) was already running with your character logged in, then you must log out first to see any change in your Gold Wallet.

    4) If I totally misunderstood your post, then please elaborate on the problem. It's Friday, y'know...

    You have to be level 10 before you can get your gold and for your character name to show up..

    I have followed all your advice on coverting Zen to gold but I get a message "Your Balance is too low" what can I be doing wrong? Is there a place I can "see" my Zen in game?

    Hello,

    If you were logged into the game at the time you transfered earlier today, then you will not see this ZEN available in game until the next time you log out and log back into the server. I advise going to the actual log in screen to do this just to be safe. Once in game, you can see the ZEN in the Boutique by hitting the letter "O" on your keyboard. Your 3000 ZEN will be shown as 30 gold (3000 silver).
