Need some help from a GM, or someone who knows how to fix this

Ok, Screenshots I will add later.



What is happening:

I start up the client, all works and everything loads. It says it's ready to go. I hit start, it goes through loading phase, brings me to the login screen. I enter my username and password.


Problem:

After hitting "Log in", it has the pop-up of "Can not connect to server" appear in front of the login menu.


Thing's I've tried:

Using force log - Only works if I click it BEFORE I enter ANY LETTER. (What I do is, when it comes to log in menu, before i write, I click "Force Log" and then enter my UserName and Password. 50% of the time it'll let me in, the other 50% it'll say the same error.)
Double checking password - all was fine.
Checked username - all was fine.




Any GM, or someone who knows what is going on, can give me some help? b:surrenderb:surrender



*EDIT*


Problem solved, i guess my security thought that logging into the game server would cause problems so it made it were i couldn't. I changed the security back to office (it's normal setting) and now it works, no problems at all :D

    Check the Windows UAC info and antivirus info in our Knowledge Base here: https://support.perfectworld.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=15058

    Because they could be blocking the game.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Searched through the whole Knowledge Base and tried the only thing that looked to be helpful (running the game on Window's Vista) and it didn't help at all. :(

    run as admin, set an exception to elementclient.exe on windows firewall

    *EDIT*

    I think i figured out the problem. I had my Trend Micro set for Home Area (which I think it considers not correct), so i switched it back to Office (normal setting), going to try to test it after I log out from playing. (Got in via the only way I figured out which is already posted in the OP)

    hi gm i have new windows 7 now but i want to download its load after that i must agree with something i do that then must i verify or something, then must i w8 a little then he says downloading failed, something with the folder or something i dont understand
    i am not new here but the first time i have download it, i have do it in 1 time this time i have try 6-7 times and it takes 7 hours !! Please GM help me out of this i want to make my blademaster cuick 70 its 69 b:victory please help me !!

    try downloading it as a torrent, it's more relable from what I've noticed
