Lol, thank you, but thats exaclty where Im trying to find the "Send a ticket" thingy.

Hm...when I click "Request Support", it has me select a category, then goes through the knowledge base, then redirects me to the ticketing system.

Not sure if this will work, but try http://ticket.perfectworld.com/?
