ULMOS leaving, and others following suit to make his/their own faction for competition is probably the single most contributory thing to the servers well being yet you guys apparently sit and talk **** behind our backs about it like a bunch of vaginas and can't even keep kills this early with advantages/disadvantages in perspective. thats just sad and discourages people from even bothering to have fun, unless you're hypocrites and don't really want to be 'different' from the other 'red beasts' or factions that have dominated.
call me a carebear if you want but people who really know me know i'm a stand up guy and just tell it how it is, when theres actual real pvp I have no problem fighting for an hour and a half unbuffed without proper pots/gear/and the works but don't be surprised if some of us turn blue every now and then to save some time from being camped on
I won't even get into the conspiracy theorys, but all I can say to that is theres no need to be paranoid my dudes. despite this post I still hold no bad feelings towards you guys I don't stoop to those levels, fun supersedes every petty drama that ever hits this game and I'll be the first to recognize that.

In response to one of _FroZ_'s previous posts:
The game is what offered the oracles to start with, so why not take advantage of it if you can/want to? Though in some aspects I suppose it can ruin the game for some people. It's just all based on your own personal opinion, of course.
I did oracle some on this character, but I don't go around calling people noob, nor do I think oracling makes me noobish. I just think I'm another person playing the game how I'd like to. Also, oracles are quests technically...you just have to pay for them, they're like justice quests on crack? Ahaha.
Anyways, if you want to oracle, and you can afford it, why shouldn't you? I mean, I already leveled a venomancer to 95+ the old school way, and I didn't want to have to go through it all of it over again now that I could avoid it. I've played PWI for over a year and a half. Most of that time on a venomancer, so I wanted a bit of a headstart on this character's levels to keep me from being discouraged on playing one all over again.

Also, for those of yall who have read previous threads/world chats, we're really not as bad as some people make us look. Yes, I will admit that I disagree with some of the actions of some of my fellow faction mates and I do my best to stop them, but I am not the leader nor the director. But it does sometimes work.
In the past some people in Impulse have been proud of our strength/achievements at some points, they're just excited. But I know we have no bragging rights because it's merely the first week, the core members are probably just excited to see that their attempts in making us grow worked somewhat. Sorry if that comes off the wrong way, though.
I mean, we have flaws, that's obvious, but everyone does and this is just a game...so lets just try to enjoy it? I mean all factions have their fair share of a-holes (even if may appear that some have more than others).
Meh, I don't know.. But if you ever have an issue with an Impulse member, try contacting an officer ingame? I mean usually no one ever contacts me about any issues, they merely rage and proclaim us all jerk-offs.
Anyways, I think I'm done babbling.

I was harrassed yesterday by someone whom I will keep anonymous at this point because I'm in Impulse. No matter how I tried to stop it, he would always go back to the same point- ALL IMPULSE ARE (insert colorful adjectives here). Val and I are, from what I've seen, the only two who try to divert all sorts of trouble caused by Impulse members. I agree with her, and it's only a matter of time before something happens. To be honest, I had an easier time dealing with these "public realtions" issues when we were trying to promote a good image for our faction. Now that our "mission statement" has changed, we as a faction have resorted to acting upon earlier claims.
Logic: We are the most hated faction and will be for a long time, so why not give people a reason to QQ.
You guys have brought this upon yourselves. /rant over.

It is more like, no matter how we run the faction, what we do, what we say, who we help, and anything else involving the game.
Let me backtrack..we are hated because:
-We post pictures of our accomplishments in a PUBLIC forum
-We have high lvs
-We defend ourselves on the forum
-The way we run our guild
-Did I mention the way we run our guild?

People are draining the fun out of this game...ive played this game for a very long time now, and if people arent ranting over oracles blah blah, its some nerd troll being a ****.
dont get me wrong, i love wc drama its funny, but wow its more annoying now than funny.

My personal opinion, bring on the flaming, trolling, whatever the balls you want to call it.
I joined Impulse before all this ****, some time in my 20's. From then on I've seen both good people come and go, people help, people ignore other, people oracle, people beg for heals at oracles, people complain about getting killed or ksed, people forming mass PK parties, talks of TW, hopes for TW and competition, bashing, laughing, just about anything you can think of...
As a whole, Impulse isn't so horrible, on the outside I can see how it would be. Don't get me wrong, the factions still got some serious problems, and always will. But it also has some good things rolling it's way, as do all factions.
I saw people get annoyed with Asuras, I've seen people be happy about it, now they can stop complaining about no PK competition.
However, I will say Impulse isn't the only group of people to blame for oracles, I've seen people with no factions, people in Narla, people in Templars, anyone you can think of really.
Hell, oracle ll's are even given in the supply stash FFS. Some are just getting more.
People who oracle aren't going to be that great for a long time, they'll have horrible equipment, and most likely nowhere near enough spirit for most of their skills, not to mention backed up cultivation quests.
I don't agree with everything they do, but who does? Look at any faction, there is always one thing that people don't like about it, including it's own members, wether it be innactivity, lack of higher levels, not enough clerics, tanks, venos, etc. to go around and help everyone when it's needed, etc.
Not all of Impulse is bad, not all of Impulse is good. Theres a mix in everything.
Besides, if factions ran PERFECTLY 24/7, it would lose it's interest and become boring. No one wants that, now do they.
Bring on the agreements, the flaming, whatever you will. My two cents have been added.0 -

leme go back to HL where i was in the most hated guild there for one reason only, we were the current biggiest strongiest guild on the game taking the TWs ext, that be Crimson, later in game from alot of **** that went off, Kingdom eventualy became the strongiest guild and the hate went over to them
now onto RT, theres been threads there QQing about Infamy cos they have been the strongiest on the server ( i came into RT 4 weeks after it started so idk what happened before then),
now here we get ppl hating impulse from like what...day 1? or 2? since ppl have been seeing them everywhere, most of us were blue name and there was already ppl b1tching about it.
moral of this story is, ppl on PW have a QQStick and they no how to use it against the strongiest guild, no point saying were actualy cool ppl apart from some maby, wont make a difference to the herd of sheep that come QQing along in packs.0 -

This is not a moot point, and not yet a necro,
BUT YOU ALL FAILED,
There are now two, possibly three large groups that are now about to tear thru your tiny factions
Narla , Impulse and maybe Templars . WHY didnt anyone listen to lightain,
Too many chiefs that have to be leader. The high levels are all scattered and no way you guys can mount a decent defense. Been trying to organize a resitance of sorts but. its alot of work.
