The Tideborn Chain

Hi. I've done this chain on 2 of my chars but i still havent had the pop up appear on another 2 of them. does anybody know what i can do to instigate the popup appearing. ty

    I've done quite a few of these, however the quests stopped at Heartbroken for me.
    I looked at the quest guide, I should be getting all the other quests since I'm level 68 now.
    So i went to all the possible NPC that the latter quests need (the quest starters), however no quest.
    I'm not sure if this is due to a bug, but it would be nice if someone could explain/tell me =P

    Another thing, PWI should have a history quest log that shows all the quest you've done.
    It's so dumb to let all the quests disappear after you've done them. >_>

   1. System message appears
   2. Speak with Aurosy/Dizzy (491 890)
   3. Speak with Elder (657 143)
   4. Speak with Aurosy/Dizzy (491 890) for the rewards

[B][U]Visit Dizzy[/U][/B]

Prerequisite: Heartbroken
Reward: 10440 coins, 24899 exp, 6225 spirits

   1. Speak with Ormin (644 838) for the reward.

    According to the site I found the above walkthrough on, there are two types of quest chain for the Tideborn expansion. I'm not sure which one you're looking for but here's the link to the walkthrough for the other one if the one above is not what you need.
