Cleric skill

ok..Have a question plz someone help. Have a lvl 81 cleric, spirit cult is Aware of Vaculty, have 2 mil spirit. The problem is I can not get the Guardian light or wings of protection skills... anyone know why? They do not even appear at the cleric trainer which most skills do before u can actually get them. Thanks in advance

    79 skills require 20 apoth pages and 10 med inks to make each book, then you can learn the skill.
