Dark wanderers?

I've looked around in various databases and have been unable to find anything about Dark wanderers.

First, what level are they? (or what is the range of levels they come in?)

And where can they be found?
Any areas close to the City of the lost?

    Those are creatures from the tideborne expantion and are by the cities down there and they are low lvl

    The "Dark Wanderer" is the pet name for the "Shadow Ranger" mob. (Why the name changes when you turn it into a pet, I have no idea.)

    Anyways, the Shadow Ranger is level 10 and is found on the Island of Broken Dreams, in the Tideborn area. For more information see the Perfect World Database entry: Shadow Ranger.

    Um... No. They're not on the same island as City of Raging Tides. They're actually on the island to the North of that island.
