Broken Quest

I have sent in two tickets on this broken quest, once at level 68 when it happenned, and again at level 79 while I was cleaning out my quest backlog. Like most paying customers, I do not like being blown off and ignored. Maybe I can get some attention here.

In the Goskiki quest chain, I have a problem here.
Lethe Flower
- Speak with Aged Deity (417, 645)
- Collect 5 Lethe Flowers (Located at the Foot of Heaven's Stairway at 408, 498, on the foot of the part of the hills where Kimsa the Claw King is)
- Report to Aged Deity (417, 645)
- Reward: Coins (20880), EXP (49798), Spirit (12450)
- Continue onto the Quest "Lethe Potion"

Lethe Potion
- Speak with Aged Deity (417, 645)
- Wait for 5 minutes (in-game time)
- Return to Aged Deity (417, 645)
- Rewards: Coins (20880), EXP (49798), Spirit (12450)
- Continue onto the Quest "Give Potion"

Give Potion
- Speak with Aged Deity (417, 645)
- Give the Lethe Potion to Ormin (644, 838)
- Rewards: Coins (10440), EXP (24899), Spirit (6225)
- Continue onto the Quest "Ask for the Potion"

I am suppossed to give the potion to Ormin, but I have none, I have (0/1) quest items and can not give the non-existant item to Orim. I tried trashing the quest, but can not pick up the Lethe flowers a second time,still can not get a potion, and can not deliver it.

    the quest will have you going to moon I think, I have to get to that quest myself and I'll post what's next

    My problem is that after giving the stupid flowers to the Old ****, he told me to deliver a potion to Ormin BUT HE NEVER GAVE ME THE POTION. I tried delivering the non-existant potion to Ormin but he is not that easy to fool.
