A tab tells me ''unaible to connect to server''

Dear users and GMS

Please i need helps with my problem:
I am trying to log into the game with my account and it tells me:
''unaible to connect to server''.I have tryied all the servers but its the same tab always.What sould i do?
Please i need help!!

    Please review our Tech Support FAQs about Windows settings and antivirus settings, as they could be blocking the game.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I have this same problem too. I can't login to any server...
    My operation system is windows7 and firewall is off. I don't use antivirus...

    I posted the same problem last nite, you have to click "FORCE LOG" before you type your username and password.

    Who is your ISP?

    How are you connected to the Internet? Shared? university? military? wireless?

    What is the closest main city and country to where you are located in the world?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Leave the poetry dear administator and explain clearly.I have a very fast and trustfull internet conection but the problem belongs to the gtame what sould we do? :(
