Unable to connect

Since I install it, 3/4 times I get this error.
(I log, error. Choose character, error + disconnect)
I've a nice laptop, the game can run on this, even under Win7 (at least is what I think).
But, does anyone had/have a problem like this? Any solution? I tried reinstalling and repatching it, but now I cant log even 1nce. As admin, disabling anti-virus, rebooting the pc, different compatibilities, etc etc. And still nothing.
Ideas?

    If you mean your having trouble with connecting to the server error. Yeah, i've had to deal with it for the past few days.

    The only trick i've found is the first time you log in, you need to click on "force log" before you type your username or password.

    Thanks, but still.. it didn't work. Also, sometimes it goes TOO FAST. But doesn't matter, can't get in, though.

    dumb question but is your laptop hardwired for the internet? (prob not)

    if your using a wireless router access point try restarting the modem (box with lights) and restarting the wireless router (box with lights with antennas)
