Very useless indeed. Unless you plan on getting one of the gears from the Dragon Quest, it's not worth it. And don't say you'd do it for the exp, since BHes exist now.
I call it how I see it.

Bounty Hunter, a daily quest you can start to do at level 40. Basically you're going after FB bosses a few levels below you... Qingzi in FB29 at level 40-49, the FB39 bosses at level 50-59, the FB51 bosses plus Zimo from FB59 at 60-69, the FB69 bosses plus Pyro from FB69 at 70-79...

If you have any other questions on abbreviations or PWI terms (such as "FB"), see the following PWI wiki entry: Abbreviations - Alphabetical

Dragon Quest (DQ) items are used up by doing Dragon Quests, which earn you Dragon Orders, which can be exchanged for various items. For some examples, see the Perfect World Database entry "Copper Dragon Order" (please note that some of the quests listed there are not currently enabled). For a cleric, the best early DQ item you might want would be the ☆Robe of Blood Might, which takes 30 Copper Dragon Orders to make the mold, and other items (shown at that last link) to make into the actual item.

Personally, I enjoyed saving up the Dragon Orders to make that robe for my chars, but most people just sell their DQ items to NPCs for coins. It's up to you, but at least now you can make an informed decision. :-)
