Unexpected Software Error

Yes i go to log on PWI 2 day and i stay in for abut a min, then i get a report bugs software Error.. I have everything up to date like drivers etc. but it keeps giving me this. It just started today.. anyone else having this problem?? plz give me some tips on how to fix it plz.b:victory

UPDATE: I verified the files and its not doing that anymore excpt when I log on my archer.. i get on any of my other toons ecpt my female archer.. when i go to log on my archer it says.. Entering Perfect World,then CRASH (bug report).. do i need to delete that toon and make her over? cuz its working fine with every other toon BUT this one. craziest thing i ever seen.. i cant log on enuff to get tele out of that area either.. so.. ya weird. any tips?

    I was wondering what kinda card you have?
    I have a geforce 9500 GT.

    Hi! Guys, i have the same problem! I log on PWI, everything goes fine 'till i log on a character..the game it's crashing and it says: "Unexpected Software Error" ..i tried to log on an other character and it works. What should i do? I have this problem for a day...i unistalled the game and installed again for 2 or 3 times and nothing, i verrified the game and still nothing. Please help me, because the character that doesn't works it's the main one.

    Same here. I had a popup saying there was a new update(the new tides update screen was part of it), i installed, and when i logged into Savini(my main barb), it let me walk 2 inches and then the program shut down and an error screen popped up. Tried again, same result...I logged back on my veno and opened shop to test it, been on now for over an hour. what gives?

    (p.s., I really love the game, but idk if I could handle downloading it from scratch again.lol)

    Update:it's not just the main character, game did same on my veno after 3 hours. I submitted a ticket before darth posted, but forgot my pc info, and dont wanna overdo it with submissions. :(
