I know there have to be 3 tabs total,I have 2 and when I'll get a 3rd one after lvl to 79
or after spiritiual cultivation Quest

    79 works the same way as 51 did - do some of your bosses, go out and get the last tab, go back in.

    (It's the same in other ways too - evil guardian doors, wanderers, archers...)

    You get a tab after doing your spiritual
    and its 4 tabs total so when you enter fb you have 3 tabs, and at the end (like fb 51) u get out and get 4th tab

    You need to do culti to get the tab and quest for Brigand at 79. First 2 tabs (Hooli and Stygean) you get at 77, with the third (Linus) gotten when you turn in those two (can be done at 77.)
