Should I reroll on HL?

I have a lvl 5X assassin on LC, and I hardly found any red names to pk. Is the PvP better on HL for lowbies? Im planning to reroll, but im not sure.

    b:shocked you havent found any red names on LC? how is that possible? i swear on LC its easier to find a redname on LC then it is on HL

    Don't re-roll here. Less CS then LC, but less everything else.

    Hmm, I thought most newer assassins rolled on HL. Im not sure, but PvP might be easier there? Its hard to find red names around my level.

    re-roll here and start pking white names since lvl 30 is a fricking pvp server do whatever u want >_>

    there is a lot of low lv red names. People are to lazy to leave west,silverpool, orchid, and secret passage to find em.
