You need a program that will resize animated files... like adobe image ready or something similar. I don't know any free programs that do it, so I can't help there...

Cool... but since nobody had helped me i spent the last hour or so making a new sig hoping it would work and missed ur post >_<

In imageready it's as simple as doing: Image > Image Size punching in some numbers and saving.
You can google something like "free animated gif resizing" and use a free online resizer but I never personally used one...

It takes me 2 seconds to resize using imageready so I resized your 2nd pic and uploaded it here: http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/6273/gohanx.gif
