Lag every 5 minutes!!!!! NEED HLEP

Can someone tell me why I lag every 5minutes?

I redownload the PWI, my game system is on the lowest.

I use Windown Vista:
Process: 2.40 GHz
Memory(RAM): 8GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Space free: 519GB/684GB

My connection is good, reopen the pwi willn't work, reopen the computer willn't work.

When I lag, it slow down my speed and after 1 or 2mins it back to normal. Then lag again in next 5min.....

    Your missing a big factor. Graphic card and memory on it.

    enoyugh ram, and cpu should be fine.

    Is it graphical lag (low frame rate/jittery 3D graphics) or net-lag (players, mobs, etc keep pausing and then moving erratically, spell casting, talking to NPCs and other commands taking ages, etc)?
