I really need to change my email, how? Also, where is my ticket?

So I don;t have access to the email address anymore that I used to sign up to PWI, so I need to change it to my own email address, I cant work out how to do it so I made a ticket by accident because it told me it was a live chat.... And now, how am I supposed to look at my own ticket? I can't find that either!

Sorry but this system is really confusing and frustrating.

    Submit a ticket to customer support explaining your issues and provide them with the related info.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Like I said, that's what I did, but now I cannot find the ticket... Where do I get to it so I can see if there is a response?

    Usually your E-mail address. So long as you wrote the new one in the ticket and explained that you have no access to the old one they shoud send any answer there. Though you will have to answer some security questions to ensure you are indeed the accountholder.

    So I can't ever get emails from PWI anymore? Or sign up for a beta key for the new game...? Wow thanks PWI -.-

    You could make another account and sign up for the beta key there.

    It's a security measure. If a malicious person gets your info and has us change your email, then you will be completely out of luck in accessing your account ever again.

    The connection between your account and your email is the last bastion of security, and extremely important to keep intact.

    Am I actually allowed to make a whole new account to sign up for t he beta key though? I didn't think I would be.. b:sad

    I wanna try out forsaken world beta too so.. :(

    If someone buys gold can't PWI see the Paypal account linked and identify the correct owner this way? Drivers licence? Something? Wow :/
