patch problem

hello

Today ( 17-03-2010) I lunched PWI. I downloaded new client look but when I patched game after while it stop and dont want go b:cry .
I chose server : patch1 and later patch 2 and still dont working all the time it stop downloading in same place pls help me!!!

    Isn't it related with programs at your PC (look at icons at your Desktop) ?

    I'm having a problem with my patch window too, every time I try to update, the little blue window shows up and disappears. It worked on my desktop, but not my laptop. Can anyone help? (New to the forums, btw..)
