I was in TT3-1 a while back and upon finishing and leaving my squad or whatever, I hit town portal and ended up here:

By the time I hit screenshot, it had already ported me outside to Town of Arrivals, but I managed to talk to a solitary NPC, the lone cactus "Pervsmiler". This is what he told me:

    isnt that one of the test rooms? Before i heard that talking to a certain NPC causes the system msg to shout in WC something like "XXX has been caught cheating, let the gms know blah blah blah" (something to that extent...) not sure if its THAT room...

    lol... it's called the pw office, and it's a long-time, well known bug of sorts.

    easiest sure fire way to get in there is to go to tt 3-x, to the room leading up to the 3 min boss, and go into one of the little spaces where the couches are and town portal or leave squad from in that area. if you're not the squad leader, you'll likely get tp'd out almost instantly and therefore wont be able to talk to all the npcs.

    it was amusing the first time when i found it on accident, but one go around is enough.

    and i hope i dont get into trouble for sharing this info >.>. not like there's any advantage to going into that room.

    and no, as far as i know talking to these npcs does not prompt a "so and so is cheating" system message.

    You can get there via the sofa compartment on the left side past the librarian (left as soon as you enter the room). You get teleported to the PW Office with those NPCs for a second or two after your timer runs out or if you teleport as long as you're standing in that compartment.
    Unsure if it works with any other location in that TT.

    lol, yeah that place has been around for some time, and it's actually sort of an "easter egg" that was put in by the game developers. In any case, we'll see about getting rid of the creepier aspects of it..

    i once got my cam stuck on the inside of this room but without my char ... =x found my lost kitty, still don't know how to get her out though xD ... had to relog cuz town portal was down T.T sob* (complet stuck)

    and lol at message, maybe i should start reading those again =P

    Omg that's exactly it! It was the end of 3-1 and the husband and I were jumping around on the couch in that little inset room by the outside wall (closest to the main centre room) and I tp'ed. :O I didn't realize I was in a portal!!
