You do realize that in order for them to buy the packs, they have to have their parents buy them the gold (unless they go to the store and get a card). Even if they buy the card from the store, their parents have to give them permission to play the game. Therefore, the parents are the ones consenting to their children gambling. You want to put out charges on all those parents? I think not...On top of that, there is no rl money gained by anyone playing, so it is more like paying for a service. If you say that a chance of getting something is gambling, then half the stuff is gambling...random color on fashion (gamble), battle pet packs (gamble about how much you get and what type), etc. There are so many examples of your supposed "gambling" that you would really be better off trying to dam up the Niagara Falls with a wheelbarrow of sticks...good luck.
For those times when *facepalm* and *headdesk* just aren't enough, I present...*brickhead*...painful, effective, and guaranteed to make you forget why you hit yourself in the first place.

    But
real life money is being spent on these . I suggest you keep living in your bubble where children arn't stealing their parents credit card info out of their wallets and spending the money given to them for school excursions and such , on these packs . (yes i DO know of some kids who play that have done this)

    This ^^

Plus its no differant than companys like Pepsi giving you a chance to win a free DL tune etc with lucky ring pulls ... That must be gambling aswell and aimed at young teens .. damn sue them NOE

BTW how can coral packs be gambling ? Gambling gives you a % chance to lose ... you never lose with packs ...

Erm...then the issue isn't with Perfect World and these Lucky Corals, it's with the degenerate children of today's society who have no respect for the property of others. Anyone else agree?

I have an idea...this is the kind of person that it would be best to say "Do NOT engage under any circumstance, because he/she will fight for his/her point (no matter how wrong or warped) until doomsday." So let's all just ignore this topic and let him make his little report to the Attorney General's office, who will laugh in his/her face and tell him/her exactly what we have told him/her.

    You won't get anywhere. b:surrender

The reason is that it is completely legal. This isn't "gambling" because the fact that you will ALWAYS win SOMETHING. If they made coral packs to where you could get nothing at all, then yes, that would be illegal.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OH LORD

    Get off the internet.
Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"
