TT99 or Lunar

What do you prefer or which are you going for? It seems like lunar is more for attack, and tt99 is better for hp. What do you guys think?

Edit: Should have mentioned I was talking about armor. Sorry.

    tt99- if i nirvana my weapon i would want the dark look.
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    I'm only seeing -3% channeling on the wrists. Where do you get the -6%? Am I missing something?

    I assumed you were talking about weapons...
    HH99 Wrists are all you should get. I'm personally sticking with hh90 pants, 96 robe top, and event helm/boots. HH top and pants are horrible (Hello MP and Evasion) and event boots are much better. But if you can't get event boots hh99 aren't bad, combined they give another -3% channeling (2 piece set bonus).

    No there's no set bonuses for lunar. The stats on the gear are also pretty bad.

    bad? O.o... nirvana lunar chest has 500+ mag def more than nirvana hh99.. pants 400+... 4% additonal mag def in HH armors is **** if we compare only chest and pants

    for example: u have 8500 base mag def
    with nirvana hh chest and pants: 8500*1,08%=9180
    with nirvanna chest and pants: 8500+950=9450

    wristguards - nirvana hh are better, coz in this case 4% gives more than 200mag def

    phys def bonuses are almost same in both cases if ur base phys def =~3k (w/o stone barbier ofc lol)

    also 1 important thing... 1 gold mat which is required for hh99 chest =~30m... 30m is enough to get gold lunar chest

    dont remember what kind of bonus u get for 3 nirvana hh pieces ... but in my opinion combination: lunar chest+lunar pants and hh wristguards is the best

    Hard to tell since in base Lunar much better in defence either ph or mag while TT99(gold) has set bonuses. However Nirvana ads Pandora effect since:
    1. it's not only upgrades but twists parameters.
    2. As well Lunar becomes sets which so far nobody knows what are they.
    3. There is possibility to ovveride old parameters.

    so even if TT dark looks much better with those +4% in m.def and +5% ph.def i still would go with Lunar since their base superior and hope for good bonuses when the Lunar become set. b:bye

    I may be wrong here, but isn't it impossible to get lunar armour right now as some of the mats that you need are not ingame any more?

    TT99 armour for wizzies is cr@ppy apart from the wrists which give some benefits. I'm still running my TT90 chest and legs even though I already have the TT99 versions (only made them so I can nirvana them at some point)

    except essences u can buy them all using chips but u can farm them as well

    HH99 top isn't horrible. Not worth the money, but eventually you'll get it anyway, for nirvana, if you're not going for lunar. It's better than the lunar and hh90 tops, and the 96 mold isn't worth getting, too expensive for something that you can't even use for anything else. And hh99 sleeves + top gets you the channeling boost while you're using hh90/nirvana pants and event boots.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    I think the lunar is better but that 99 gold sword...omg crit hurts

    You can farm all the mats

    Lunar Solo for Fragment Crystal / Transparent Crystal, or buy them with Chips

    Lunar Squad for Essences, Tinders and other yellows (you can buy them with Chips too, except the essences)

    Last piece= serpent lady in TT3.1

    just takes time (1h to 2h for a run) and money (3M to open squad mode)
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    Ya my original question wasn't about nirvana refined gear, but basically I wanted to know the best endgame gear. Kinda sloppy on my part. Im the highest lvl noob you'll ever see. So basically what I gather is that lunar is better than tt99 after being nirvana refined. I also heard that as of now if you nirvana gear you lose all refinement and imbued gems. So I guess I will keep using my refined and gemed tt90 gear until I nirvana my lunar then start refining it. I know this is way down the line. But I don't feel like spending a bunch of coin on things I'm just gonna sell at cost to me later on down the line.

    I may grab you tonight about this when I'm back online - one of my fac mates ran lunar squad solidly for weeks and never managed to see certain drops. I was only along for the ride and to help so wasn't paying attention, but when she spoke to a GM after it was intimated that not all drops are in yet and that lunar was "still under construction". As I said, this was second hand so I'm not certain tho...

    I am standing in front of the Lunar forges now, looking at the armor I was working on. (ref: Jiblet's post) There are 4 types of lunar armor:Growth, Legendary, Lunar and Diety.

    The mats for the Growth, Legendary and Diety can all be farmed right now. The Lunar is not available right now from my perspective. It requires a gold drop from the bosses in squad mode. During double drops I nearly lived in Lunar, paying all of the 3 mil cost for each run and never saw the gold drops I needed. I did get gold drops needed for ornaments and weapons but none for armor. I understand these are very very low % drops but there is one more issue...

    One of the drops I need should drop from the boss in Frigoris Valley which is not included in the squad runs at this time. So you can see my frustration after spending millionws of coins to farm this gear the mats are unavailable. Last time I checked these mats were not chippable either.
