Not much pk in Heaven's tear?

I mean, I know Heaven's Tear is a PVE server and everything, but I thought that players would much enjoy pk no matter what. In my time on HT server, i've only seen 2 red names. Fairly shocking.

    Well, at level 20, you aren't going to be in the areas that they more frequently are. Most PKers on PvE servers like to hang out and PK in a group, and usually it is away from lower levels. The last thing they want is to get a temporary ban for "harassment" when they accidentally kill a level 30 white-name who was questing.
    For those times when *facepalm* and *headdesk* just aren't enough, I present...*brickhead*...painful, effective, and guaranteed to make you forget why you hit yourself in the first place.

    People on Dreamweaver were getting banned for that, so now they fight outside Orchid Temple. But at level 20, he would have JUST gotten to Archosaur, if that.

    No thats not it, west gate has like 3 - 4 people in PK and they just stand around and talk or stun/sleep then run off. SP always just has 1 person standing in the middle while everyone talks **** in the safe zone towards them.

    Well, if it matters, Dreamweaver has a VERY active PK community, even though it is a PvE server. I even hope to get into the act when I get to a high enough level to compete with the big boys! ^^

    lower the price of GS and maybe poeple will go in pk mode b:pleased
    The main reason ppl don t go in pk is, they don t want to loose their gear imo and from what ppl tell me.
    Not much ppl sell GS or bound note and when they do it s always very expensive, so here
    is why most ppl prefer to stay in safe mode b:bye

    From what I see on sanct, PK is pretty much dead for the following reasons
    Cash shopped Higher levels
    Gankicide
    GS prices and the fact that everyone is in instances

    What Im hoping to see in the near future (As an upside of Instances/Hyper/BH) Is more people hitting lvl 100, and my hope of AnyPacks not coming back (Thus slowly levelling the playing field between CSers and non) meaning that there are more peope with farmed gear. Gold prices going down a little will mean GS = cheaper = more people in PK.

    This is sorta what Im hoping anyway.

    Lack of PK in HT is because:

    Charm costs a lot.
    GA costs a lot.
    Enrage vs Tao pks.
    Occasional ganks.

    Every blue moon, there ARE pks in Secret Passage, and sometimes in West Archo too, but not often. If you wanted to PK (and a lot of it) you should have went to a PvP server and not a PvE.
